As Managing Broker of Mike Thomas Associates since 2003, she has led the company through expansion, increased productivity, and sustained growth in a constantly evolving market. But more importantly, she has built a culture centered around agents—how they grow, how they win, and how they stay.

Through that experience, Jennifer identified a fundamental gap in the industry: brokerages offer tools, but rarely deliver true, consistent value that agents can’t live without.

That insight led to the creation of Realistic RE.
